By respecting each student as a thoughtful human being, College Guild plays a critical role in reducing recidivism.

We provide free classes, as well as community and enrichment for incarcerated people. Through education, we support our students in their journey to discover the best in themselves. Our courses are designed to be thought-provoking and fun while encouraging objectivity and creativity. They relieve the boredom of prison life with an opportunity to spend time constructively.

College Guild is not affiliated with any religious or political group. People of all identities and sentences are welcome to enroll. For many inmates, our courses are the only contact they have beyond the prison walls.

"It seems Beyond you, no one cares"
